Customer service has been my life’s work for over two decades, and through it, I’ve learned one thing above all—how important it is to give back and lift others up whenever we can.

There’s a saying, “live outside of the box,” but the truth is, so many people are still confined within it. And for many, those walls are built from hardship, limited opportunity, and everyday struggles that never seem to let up. It’s heartbreaking.

When you’re facing difficult living conditions day after day, when each morning feels heavier than the last, sometimes what you need most is an escape—even if just for a moment. A breath. A reset. A chance to feel something different.

I know that feeling personally. On days when life feels overwhelming and my mind is clouded, I get in my car and just drive. Sometimes I find peace sitting under a tree at my favorite McDonald’s. Other times, it’s on a quiet, unfamiliar street. It’s not about where I go—it’s about finding a moment of peace.

And so many people have shared that same need with me. They reach out simply wanting to get away… to see something new… to feel something more.

We often hear from underserved senior groups and inner-city schools who dream of visiting places like the Museum of African American History and Culture—spaces filled with stories, culture, and inspiration. Over the years, we’ve done what we can to sponsor and support travelers, because we understand just how powerful those experiences can be.

There’s a saying: “We have not because we ask not.” So today, we are asking.

We’re asking you to help sponsor a senior, a child, or a hardworking mother who is doing her best but rarely gets a moment for herself. Your support can give someone not just a trip, but a memory, a spark, a sense of peace and possibility.

To honor your generosity, we will create a gallery showcasing the individuals and groups who benefit from your sponsorship—so you can see the lives you’ve helped touch.

We also offer support for groups and organizations looking to raise funds—we can provide materials and guidance to help make it happen.
